Welcome to Moon Owl Farm, a premier dressage horse farm established in July 2022. Our passion for dressage and dedication to excellence set us apart. We strive to provide a unique experience for a select group of discerning clientele.
Dedicated to endless learning, improvement and enjoyment of horse and rider. We endeavor to enhance the bridge between our mental, physical and emotional human experience with our horses’ talents, moods and developing skills. Learning and living our best selves, together.
Our farm environment is a welcoming and supportive place where we are open to the ongoing learning process and sharing that experience with others.
Jane Hannigan is our resident trainer at Moon Owl Farm. Jane has been competing at FEI level dressage for over 30 years. Her career high was in 2008 competing her own horse Maksymilian for the USA at the World Cup in the Netherlands. Jane trained Mak from the fall of his 6 year old year through the Grand Prix level.
Jane teaches a classical dressage basics with a great enthusiasm for competitive dressage and helping people achieve their dreams.
Team Hannigan has always had a strong emphasis on the care and dedication required for the sport of dressage and now at Moon Owl Farm we have a wonderful facility to call home.
Beth Fishman:
A Lifelong Dream Realized
In 2022-2024, Beth Fishman purchased and renovated Riverfront Farm in Concord, MA, which is now renamed, MOON OWL FARM. Her vision was clear: to create a beautiful Dressage home for Jane Hannigan and to share the transformative learning experience of dressage with others.
Beth’s journey wouldn’t have been possible without the early influence of Sibley Hannigan (Jane’s mother), whose astute guidance led to decades of positive and enriching experiences with horses. Becoming more serious about dressage led to Beth training with Jane Hannigan, and she is currently working toward earning her USDF silver medal.
An experienced breeder and importer, Beth is especially passionate about Spanish horse breeds and their unique qualities for dressage. These horses, along with her commitment to thoughtful horsemanship and classical training, are central to the spirit of MOON OWL FARM today.
